Analyze site features, existing plants and challenges, with the owners taste and preferences as the top priority. Exchange ideas and view other properties and desired appearance. (There is no charge for an initial meeting)
An Interactive Design Phase
Incorporate ideas and build a realistic budget and time frame. Modify initial concepts, and create final drawings with plant and materials lists and specifications for owner’s approval. Review requirements to meet all applicable codes and regulations as well as necessary continuing maintenance. Working with selected contractor, submit plans and obtain permits when required.
On Site Management, Supervision & Follow Up
Help in selecting local responsible contractor(s), materials and nursery suppliers. Coordinate delivery and construction, refine individual plant placement on site. Follow up on all plant viability, pruning and appearance and obtain final permit approval when required.
